As the data controller of METU Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Research and Application Center ("the Center"), we are presenting this text to inform you about the processing and transfer of your personal data within the scope of our commercial relationship with your affiliated customer company and to clarify your legal rights in this regard.

Whether provided to the Center verbally, in written means, or through the electronic environment, the personal data of individual customers, including their names, surnames, titles, your company, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers, is processed for purposes of carrying out processes related to purchase orders and contracts, maintaining the commercial relationship, keeping commercial records, ensuring communication, as well as for billing and accounting processes.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2 of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection.

When you wish to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of Personal Data Protection Law, you can apply either to the address where we are located (Mustafa Kemal St. Dumlupınar Blv. No: 280, 06530 Çankaya, Ankara) or to the e-mail addresses of kvkkmems.metu.edu.tr or odtumemshs01.kep.tr, following the principles and procedures regarding applications to the Data Controller as specified in the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller."
