In addition to ongoing national and international projects, METU MEMS Center continues to support research and development activities throughout the country by providing its qualified cleanroom infrastructure for external stakeholders to use within the framework of fundamental principles and rules. Our high-cost cleanroom infrastructure and device park are rarely found in Türkiye and we are keeping this infrastructure operational for the use of all stakeholders and taking necessary actions regarding the internal and external organization of the requests.

The services provided by the Centre can be classified as follows:

• Standard Services: Mature microfabrication processes such as mask fabrication, dicing, wafer processing, and metrological activities including various measurement/testing/characterization activities, etc.,

• Cleanroom Access and Device Usage: Permission to work in the cleanroom independently to external users who have received the necessary training (following occupational health and safety rules, under the approval and supervision of the relevant device responsible),
• Pilot Scale Production:: Limited number of production services.
